Please be advised that in accordance with Subsection 82 (1) of the Procedure By-law, the Chair of the Transit Commission has called a Special Meeting for Wednesday, 24 October 2012 at 3:30 p.m. for the purpose of tabling the relevant portions of the 2013 Operating and Capital Budgets to be considered by the Transit Commission. The meeting will be held in Andrew S. Haydon Hall. As such, this email constitutes notice of this special meeting to all Members of the Commission in accordance with Subsection 82 (2) (b) of the Procedure By-law.

Furthermore, at its meeting on 21 November 2012 the Transit Commission will consider and hear delegations on its associated portions of the 2013 draft operating and capital estimates and will forward its recommendations to Council, sitting as Committee of the Whole, for consideration at the meeting to be held 28 November 2012.
